Highly impressed about the cleanliness & services.. I would like to recommend all that this hotel is good for business travellers and family guest as well. No stingy smells..user friendly staff..a good restuarant on the ground floor.More over to say this property is located in the heart of the cochin city easy accessible to any tourist spots nearby.

We spent a night in the hotel and found the hotel room very clean and hygenic. 24 hr hot water. They also have a restaurant name "Kitchen Zaika" where they cook average quality food. We had tried Chinese food in the restaurant and was okay quality. Breakfast menu was not too short. Served Idli, Upma, juice, bread butter and tea / cofee

Stayed at Hotel Kochi Caprice recently for official purpose for two days and the stay was comfortable.Being at Manorama Junction, its easy to access the town and other public transport facilities. The room is with good decor, spacious and is maintained properly. Since they have a restaurant in the building they should give a bit more importance to room service. The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. The hotel has parking in front and by the side, the restaurant in front is also convenient and overall a nice hotel to stay with family or for business purpose.

Very friendly staff and flexible in check in & out. They buy break-fast from out & get you into the room as packed so, nothing to be mentioned about it. The Papaya coffee shop which, is at the entrance of this property helps to meet our visitors. Should be more organised in order to check-in the guest. Was very tired after a long hours of travel but, the front office was not in a position to find whether the room is available. All were fine with a small issues which are acceptable.
